How do I check the status of my order?

Information about an orders layout, order status, and a host of other information is available on the Reorders and Order Status page, which is available to all registered users. To access this information simply follow these steps:

1. Click the link from the distributor home page marked Order Status / Tracking / Invoices screen.
2. Then, select the appropriate order or item from the list to view the information for that order.

How will my order ship?

Catalog orders ship via our Expedite program. The shipping method will be an overnight service, but you will only pay UPS published ground rates.
